I am an Approved AAMFT Supervisor and offer supervision for those seeking hours for MFT Licensure. I am currently offering individual supervision. My fee is $65 per hour. I am currently only offering online supervision.

I absolutely love being a supervisor. Supervision was so helpful for me during my own licensure process and has helped shape me into the therapist I am today. I was challenged by my supervisors and learned so much from them. My hope is to offer the same for my own supervisees. I believe that supervision is a collaborative process where supervisees can develop as a therapist, learn new techniques to use with clients, consult on cases, process person of the therapist struggles, and learn how to be more confident to pursue goals as a therapist.

I work primarily with couples and adult individuals. I am trained in EMDR Levels 1 and 2, Brainspotting Level 1, and have some specific trainings in EFT, IFS, Experiential techniques and Grief work. I utilize these skills to help guide new therapists to use a trauma-informed lens to work with clients. I also believe that it is important to view clients through a lens of curiosity and to see them as a whole person. I help guide supervisees to focus on all parts of clients to help ensure that emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual health is considered throughout treatment.
